Cattle breeding in the heart of South America
Pasture-led production in the Gran Chaco.
Agroganadera La Huella combines Paraguayan and European management with extensive grazing, modern production processes, and certified beef quality.
La Huella
From idea to production
On owned and leased land, La Huella runs a breeding and fattening operation with around 45,000 cattle. The focus is species-appropriate husbandry, traceable processes, and export standards for demanding markets.
Key figures
Gran Chaco
A green island of pasture
La Huella sits in the heart of Paraguay, away from public electricity and water networks. Solar energy, large-scale rainwater collection, and self-built infrastructure supply the animals, the farm, and the people who live there.

Extensive cattle farming
Open-sky cattle husbandry all year
The cattle live on large pastures, feed on tropical grasses, and move through a planned rotation system. Antibiotics and growth hormones are not used in the production process.
